With over 15 years of professional experience, Sharon has a proven ability to effectively manage full service processes and procedures that enables the leadership, staff, team, vendors and stakeholders to feel empowered and capable to execute objectives set forth on any given project.

Sean Ali offers skills of creative thinking, communication, discipline and self-motivation to honor the vision and mission of the company. Customer service has been a value-add since his professional career began and is ideally suited for his success in this role. Coupled with his extensive volunteering experiences and targeting organizations that both support and protect others, Sean’s ambitious spirit cultivates processes that offer solutions that are desirable and yield results that are most favorable.

Reneisha Beatty provides assistance with invoice tracking, timesheet review, auditing for timekeeping systems and case management software. She supports the staff with daily operations and helps with facilitating procurement activities.

Angelica Herrera is actively leading the community outreach efforts for our Dona Ana County project. Her ability to create contacts with community stakeholders and referral sites within the assigned market area resulting in new leads to the program and increasing number of applicants is invaluable.

With over six years of relevant professional experience, Joaquin Ivanez is a highly esteemed specialist in troubleshooting difficult matters concerning emergency management and housing related programs. Having served in various professional capacities within GMC, Joaquin offers a natural ability to adapt and manage sensitive cases with respect, grace, and efficiency. As a licensed Spanish interpreter, he brings a sense of comfort and culture to those whom we serve.

Josue Mendez is a vibrant, captivating and ideal Case Manager for GMC Consultants. His intrinsic motivation to service others is at the heart and soul of true customer service. With his educational background and ability to navigate with other cultures, particularly the Spanish community in their native language, Josue is a huge asset for the organization. He has a relentless spirit that allows clients who are stressed, overwhelmed and/or in a state of fear to feel safe, secure and comforted during times of crisis.

Melissa serves as a pioneer in leading GMC’s very first project in the state of New Mexico. With her tenacity to organize and engage she has implemented an efficient and sought-after program that is attentive to the most vulnerable of populations. The team there relies on her intuitiveness and ability to navigate through difficult program terrain.

Ami Reese focuses on community outreach to complete applications for rent and utility assistance for the Bernalillo County RENT Program. She actively engages with landlords, property owners, local community groups, health clinics, schools and churches.

Ramon Torres is responsible for providing Case Management services to individuals in need of housing stability services: consider special circumstances of the individuals needs to reduce housing and non-housing related barriers, complete assessments, provide advocacy, problem solving, and service planning skills.
